Another change that the More Slugcats Expansion brings is that Monk is now incapable of dying to Lizard bites.This is not the case if the More Slugcats Expansion is enabled.Colored Pearls are replaced with dark gray "blank" Pearls.Lower breath capacity makes drowning easier, and lower weight means Coalescipedes and Worm Grass kill Monk quicker. Ironically, despite Monk being portrayed as the game's easy mode, these changes make certain parts of the game much harder.Breath capacity and weight are both lowered.This reduced velocity prevents Monk from performing slide spears.Thrown Spears do less damage and have a lower velocity.Creatures are much quicker to befriend or forgive.The yellow Overseer can light up dark areas within the Shaded Citadel.Karma gates have their Karma level requirements removed permanently after the first use.Predators are less common and slightly less aggressive.The Monk's opening cutscene is near identical to that of the Survivor, with the ending diverging slightly to show the Monk diving after the Survivor when the latter slips and falls.įood: Karma: Area: Outskirts (SU_C04) General Changes 3 food pips are required to hibernate, while up to 2 may be stored for the next cycle. ![]()
